My Siamese does this too. I always just think he is saying hello. Try meowing back to him and see if he answers you. My cat does.
he could be letting you know that he is there. or it could be that he is trying to take domanance.
he is saying hi to you
thank you
he’s just saying hello
He’s ‘announcing’ himself….my cat does it too, I think it’s hilarious.
I would ask you to explain a little more. What kind of a noise? Does he do it every time he comes into a room where you are?
Cats attempt to communicate with their human, and we can learn their language if we pay attention, and with practice. Your cat may be saying "hello, human. I love you" or he may be saying "hello, human, what’s for dinner?" He’s sharing something with you and that’s awesome.
cats love attention. Its just saying.. "Hey!" Or "Hi" or " Hey I got a scratch on my back that I can’t reach… mind if you lend a hand?"
Not enough information. Does he do this when you have food, etc.?
maybe your cat happy
If it’s like a chirruping noise then he’s just saying hi!
Lots of cats have all these great vocalizations they use to communicate with each other and especially with their humans. Hello, goodbye, I’m happy, I’m annoyed, pet me, don’t pet me….the list goes on and on.
he or she is trying to tell you that there is something in there that she doesn’t really enjoy. But, she will still go in. You can keep it the same and she/he’ll get used to it . But, if it doesnt’ get any better. And you cant figure out what is bothering your cat.. then.. just consult someone.
thats his way of saying hello’ how are you…. mine do it all the time one has one voice and the other sounds all diffrent
he’s talking to u, all cats talk. try talking back and see what happens. U’d b amazed!
to let you know that he has arrived…cats sometimes act like small children.
