My kitten is trying to get inside my couch!?

I have a tiny hole in my couch and she try’s to climb in there what should I do? I covered it but will she just learn to move it? It’s funny though when she tries to get in there you can tell she is really determined.

My cats LOVE to get into a space inside the back of my couch. Its really cute. If you don’t want her to do it you’ll need to permanently close the hole. Its probably soooooo tempting that squirting her with water will just teach her to avoid it when you’re around. You might have better luck with some of the cat repellents, but be careful that it isn’t used too liberally or widely or she might avoid the entire room.

Also, be sure that she can’t be injured if she gets into the couch. If she can get into an area with springs or moving parts she could be crushed.

She will probably try to move the cover but if it’s secure enough, she won’t be able to move it and give up after a few tries. Just make sure it’s sturdy enough so she can’t move it.

It’d try and cover that hole permenantly; it’s cute i know but if she gets in there you might not beable to get her out without ripping your sofa to bits; And i’m sure you don’t want that :)

She is just a young kitten, she is probably just curious, when she tries take a spray bottle and spray her with it once, she won’t wanna do it any more after a while.

My cat used to do that then he got to big to fit. If you don’t want to wait till your cat gets to big or take up soing and seal the hole.
