I don’t think the meowing has anything to do with it. We had a cat that we nuetered at a young age. He would still jump on the other cats and bite the scruff of their neck like he was trying to mate with them, whether they were male or female. It was pretty funny, because once he got hold of them, he didn’t know what to do, so he’d just stay there, until they twisted away from him. The male cats got pretty aggravated by it. He had a normal meow, though.
