I’m assuming you mean you got a white cat with blue eyes that was deaf so your dad got rid of it because it was hard to take care of. You simply have to prove you’re responsible enough to take care of a cat. Do extra chores and things to prove to your parents that you are responsible. Tell them how hard you’ll try and take good care of the kitten and keep it safe and happy and that they won’t have to help you, but remember to honor that! They might say no at first but eventually once you do enough good deeds and keep proving that you’re ready, I think they’ll break. Unless this is a case where they found out they are allergic, no longer have the funds to take care of a kitten, or found out that you are actually not responsible enough to handle a kitten. Maybe u can sit down with mom & YOU write a list of all the resposible things u will do to help take care of the kitty. Like make sure it always has his/her bowl full with food & fresh water a couple times a day (cause water gets warm! And maybe u will take time everyday to play & give love to the kitty, maybe keep the catbox clean and on your part to keep your roon clean and grades up! Have your dad and mom look it over and u sign it, then see if they will agree to a new kitten! If u don’t do these things (put it in your list) they can take away 1 thing u like for a day ea time u forget!

Sit down with them and talk with them saying how much you want one!
